स चिंतयानो वैदेहीम् काम बाण संप्रपीडितः | प्रविवेश गृहम् रम्यम् सीताम् द्रष्टुम् अभित्वरन् || ३-५५-२
sa ci.ntayaano vaidehiim kaama baaNa saMprapiiDitaH |pravivesha gR^iham ramyam siitaam draShTum abhitvaran || 3-55-2
Translation
On continually musing upon Vaidehi Ravana is tormented with the arrows of Love-god, thereby to lay eyes on Seetha he post-hastily entered the beautiful palace. [3-55-2]
