लोक स्वभाव एव एष ययातिः नहुष आत्मजः | गतः शक्रेण सालोक्यम् अनयः तम् समस्पृशत् || ४-६६-८
mahaaR^iShi yaH vasiShThaH tu yaH pituH naH purohitaH | ahnaa putra shatam jaGYe tathaiva asya punar hatam || 4-66-9

"World's disposition is this way only, even if Nahusha, the son Yayaati, has become an egalitarian with Indra, writhe touched him off... [4-66-8]
