साम उपहितया वाचा रूक्षाणि परिवर्जयन् | वक्तुम् अर्हसि सुग्रीवम् व्यतीतम् काल पर्यये || ४-३१-८
saama upahitayaa vaacaa ruukShaaNi parivarjayan | vaktum arhasi sugriivam vyatiitam kaala paryaye || 4-31-8
Translation
"It will be apt of you to speak to that reneger Sugreeva with placating words rather than with caustic remarks, as his sin is no more than flouting the timeframe." Thus Rama said to Lakshmana. [4-31-8]
