प्रतिगृह्य च तत् सीता प्रीति दानम् यशस्विनी | श्लिष्ट अन्जलि पुटा धीरा समुपास्त तपो धनाम् || २-११८-२२
tathaa siitaam upaasiinaam anasuuyaa dR^iDha vrataa | vacanam praShTum aarebhe kaa.ncid tpriyaam kathaamanu || 2-118-23
Translation
Having accepted those gifts of love, the illustrious Seetha with joined palms, sat near that female ascetic.
