विह्वलाभ्याम् च नेत्राभ्याम् अपश्यन्न् इव भूमिपः | क्ऱ्च्च्रात् धैर्येण संस्तभ्य कैकेयीम् इदम् अब्रवीत् || २-१४-१३
vihvalaabhyaam ca netraabhyaam apashyann iva bhuumipaH | kRcchraat dhairyeNa sa.nstabhya kaikeyiim idam abraviit || 2-14-13
Translation
King Dasaratha, with bedimmed eyes, was unable, as it were, to see. But with difficulty, he controlled himself by recourse to firmness and spoke to Kaikeyi as follows.
