कौसल्या अपि तदा देवी रात्रिम् स्थित्वा समाहिता | प्रभाते तु अकरोत् पूजाम् विष्णोह् पुत्र हित एषिणी || २-२०-१४
kausalyaa api tadaa devii raatrim sthitvaa samaahitaa | prabhaate tu akarot puujaam viShNoh putra hita eShiNii || 2-20-14
Translation
At that time, Kausalya having spent the whole night with steadfastness, who performing worship to Vishnu,at dawn, for the welfare of her son.
