मम मातुर्महद्दुःखमतुलम् शुभलक्षम्ण | अभिप्रायम् अविज्ञाय सत्यस्य च शमस्य च || २-२१-३९
mama maaturmahadduHkhamatulam shubhalakshamNa | abhipraayam aviGYaaya satyasya ca shamasya ca || 2-21-39
Translation
" Oh, Lakshmana, with good attributes! My mother is feeling a great and unequalled sorrow, by not knowing the secret of truth and tranquillity."
