अस्वाधीनम् कथम् दैवम् प्रकारैरभिराध्यते | स्वाधीनम् समतिक्रम्य मातरम् पितरम् गुरुम् || २-३०-३३
asvaadhiinam katham daivam prakaarairabhiraadhyate | svaadhiinam samatikramya maataram pitaram gurum || 2-30-33
Translation
"Mother, father and teacher are at our own disposal. By negelecting them as such, how can we worship god, who is not at our disposal, by various modes?"
