सशल्यः क्लिश्यते प्राणैर्विशल्यो विनशिष्यति | इति मामविशच्चिन्ता तस्य शल्यापकर्षणे || २-६३-४९
taamyamaanaH sa maam duHkhaaduvaaca paramaartavat | siidamaano vivR^ittaaN^go veShTamaano gataH kshayam || 2-63-51
Translation
"While extracting the arrow-head from him, this thought entered my mind. With arrow-head in his body he will suffer, even though surviving. But after extracting the arrow-head, he will die."
