येहि सम्भिन्न मर्यादा नास्तिकाः चिन्न संशयाः | ते अपि भावाय कल्पन्ते राज दण्ड निपीडिताः || २-६७-३२
yathaa dR^iShTiH shariirasya nityamevapravartate | tathaa narendro raaShTrasya prabhavaH satyadharmayoH || 2-67-33
Translation
"The atheists, who were separated from their right path and who had been tormented; with punishment earlier by the king, are now without fear and are able to exercise their old temperament (due to anarchy)"
