स तु अनेक अग्र हृदयो द्वाह्स्थम् प्रत्यर्च्य तम् जनम् || २-७१-३४ सूतम् अश्व पतेः क्लान्तम् अब्रवीत् तत्र राघवः |
apetamaalyashobhaani asammR^iShTaajiraaNi ca | devaagaaraaNi shuunyaani na caabhaanti yathaapuram || 2-71-40
Translation
Bharata, with a distracted mind, responded to the salutations of those porters at the gate and those porters at the gate and spoke to the charioteer who was beloved to Asvapati as follows:
