वनवासम् न जानामि रामस्यहम् महात्मनः | विवासनम् वा सौमित्रेः सीतायाश्च यथाभवत् || २-७५-४
tathaiva kroshataH tasya bharatasya mahaatmanaH | kausalyaa shabdam aaGYaaya sumitraam idam abraviit || 2-75-5
Translation
"I was neither aware of the banishment of Rama to the forest nor about how the exile of Lakshmana and Seetha have occurred."
