गौतमस्य नरश्रेष्ठ पूर्वमासीन्महात्मनः | आश्रमो दिव्यसंकाशः सुरैरपि सुपूजितः || १-४८-१५
R^itu kaalam pratiikShante na arthinaH susamaahite | saMgamam tu aham icChaami tvayaa saha sumadhyame || 1-48-18
Translation
Oh, the best one among men Rama, this hermitage with a heavenly glisten, and highly hallowed even by gods, once belonged to the great-souled sage Gautama. [1-48-15]
