Verse 14·VR 4.11.14
तम् भीतम् इति विज्ञाय समुद्रम् असुरोत्तमः | हिमवद् वनम् आगम्य शरः चापाद् इव च्युतः || ४-११-१४ ततः तस्य गिरेः श्वेता गजेन्द्र प्रतिमाः शिलाः | चिक्षेप बहुधा भूमौ दुन्दुभिर् विननाद च || ४-११-१५
tataH shveta ambuda aakaaraH saumyaH priiti kara aakR^itiH |himavaan abraviid vaakyam sva eva shikhare sthitaH || 4-11-16
Translation
"Fathoming that ocean to be scared of him that noted demon Dundubhi arrived at the forests of Himavan like an arrow darted from bow, and that Dundubhi started to blare discordantly and toss the rock-faces of that mountain that are like white elephants in their figuration, severally. [4-11-14, 15]
