Verse 33·VR 4.27.33

तम् शोचमानम् काकुत्स्थम् नित्यम् शोक परायणम् | तुल्य दुःखो अब्रवीद् भ्राता लक्ष्मणो अनुनयम् वचः || ४-२७-३३

sharat kaalam pratiikshasva praavR^iT kaalo ayam aagataH | tataH sa raaShTram sa gaNaam raavaNam tam vadhiShyasi || 4-27-39

Translation

While pacifying Rama who is pensive and who is always subjected to grief, his brother Lakshmana who is similarly sad for his brother's sadness spoke these words. [4-27-33]
