ततो भेरी मृदन्गानाम् पणवानाम् च निस्वनः || ६-४४-१२ शान्ख वेणु स्वन उन्मिशरह् सम्बभूव अद्भुत उपमः |
tato bherii mR^idangaanaam paNavaanaam ca nisvanaH || 6-44-12 shaankha veNu svana unmisharah sambabhuuva adbhuta upamaH |
Translation
There arose a marvelous sound of kettle drums and tabors, mixed with the sounds of counches, fellies of chariot-wheels and drums.
