तम् शब्दम् कांक्षमाणः तु रामः खड्गी सह अनुजः | ददर्श सु महा कायम् राक्षसम् विपुल उरसम् || ३-६९-२६
bhakShaya.ntam mahaa ghoraan R^ikSha simha mR^iga dvipaan | ghorau bhujau vikurvaaNam ubhau yojanam aayatau || 3-69-31
Translation
But desiring to know the source of that noise that sword-wielder Rama has seen a gigantically giant-bodied and gigantesque-chested demon in a section of brushwood along with his younger brother Lakshmana. [3-69-26]
