न तु केकयराजानं जनकं वा नराधिपः || २-१-४६ त्वरया चानयामास पश्चात्तौ श्रोष्यतः प्रियम् |
taanveshmanaanaabharaNairyathaarhaM pratipuujitaan || 2-1-47 dadarshaalaMkR^ito raajaa prajaapatiriva prajaaH |
Translation
The hurried Dasaratha did not call for the king Kekaya, the maternal uncle of Bharatha or the King Janaka as he thought they both could hear the good news even afterwards.
