स तूष्णीम् एव तत् श्रुत्वा राजा विभ्रान्त चेतनः | मूर्चितः न्यपतत् भूमौ राम शोक अभिपीडितः || २-५७-२६
sa tuuShNiim eva tat shrutvaa raajaa vibhraanta cetanaH | muurchitaH nyapatat bhuumau raama shoka abhipiiDitaH || 2-57-26
Translation
That king heard silently the message of Rama, was bewildered, afflicted by grief, for his son, became fainted and fell on the ground.
