अहो तमैव इदम् स्यान् न प्रज्ञायेत किंचन | राजा चेन् न भवेन् लोके विभजन् साध्व् असाधुनी || २-६७-३६
jiivati api mahaa raaje tava eva vacanam vayam | na atikramaamahe sarve velaam praapya iva saagaraH || 2-67-37
Translation
"Alas! If a king is not there in the world, with his power of discrimination between good and evil, this world will be dark and nothing will be clearly perceived."
