Verse 8·VR 1.67.8

इदं धनुर्वरं ब्रह्मन् जनकैरभिपूजितम् | राजभिश्च महावीर्यैरशक्तैः पूरितं तदा || १-६७-८

na etat sura gaNaaH sarve sa asuraa na ca raakShasaaH | gaMdharva yakSha pravaraaH sa kinnara mahoragaaH || 1-67-9 kva gatiH maanuShaaNaam ca dhanuSho asya prapuuraNe | aaropaNe samaayoge vepane tolane api vaa || 1-67-10

Translation

Here is that exquisite bow, oh, Brahman, which is held as a time-honoured bow by the lineage of Janaka kings, and with which even the highly forceful kings are rendered inefficient to take aim with it, previously... [1-67-8]
