राक्षसम् तु विरूप अक्षम् महा वीर्य पराक्रमम् | मध्यमे अस्थापयद् गुल्मे बहुभिह् सह राक्षसैः || ६-३६-२०
evam vidhaanam lankaayaam kR^itvaa raakShasa pumgavaH | mene kR^ita artham aatmaanam kR^ita anta vazam aagataH || 6-36-21
Translation
He place the demon Virupaksha, who was full of energy and courage, to be in the center of the fort, with a large number of demons.
