अथ अन्गदो मुष्टि विभिन्न मूर्धा| सुस्राव तीव्रम् रुधिरम् भृश उष्णम् | मुहुर् विजज्वाल मुमोह च अपि | सम्ज्नाम् समासाद्य विसिष्मिये च || ६-६९-९२

atha angado raama manaH praharShaNam | suduShkaram tam kR^itavaan hi vikramam | visiShmiye so api ativiirya vikramaH | punasH ca yuddhe sa babhuuva harShitaH || 6-69-96

Translation

Then, Angada having his head shattered by the blow of the fist, heavily oozed out very hot blood, repeatedly felt a burning sensation and swooned. On regaining consciousness, he was surprised.
