शयने चोत्तमाङ्गेन सीतायाः शोभितम् पुरा || ६-२१-५ तक्षकस्येव सम्भोगम् गङ्गाजलनिषेवितम् |

samge yugasamkaasham shatruuNaam shokavardhanam | 6-21-6 suhR^daam nandanam diirgham saagaraantavyapaashrayam |

Translation

In the past, the aforesaid arm was graced by the head of Seetha on the couch. It resembled the body of Takshaka. (A snake) supported on the water of the Ganga.
