ततस् तद् वानरम् सैन्यम् अचिन्त्यम् लोम हर्षणम् | सम्ख्यातुम् न अध्यगच्चेताम् तदा तौ शुक सारणौ || ६-२५-१०
tasyaitau raakshasendrasya mantriNau shuksaaraNau || 6-25-14 la.nkaayaaH samanupraaptau caarau para puram jayau |
Translation
Shuka and Sarana were not able to count then that inconeviable army of monkeys, causing their hair to stand on end.
