स शूलनिर्भिन्न महाभुजान्तरः | प्रविह्वलः शोणितमुद्वमन्मुखात् | ननाद भीमं हनुमान् महाहवे | युगान्तमेघस्तनितस्वनोपमम् || ६-६७-२०

tato vineduH sahasaa prahR^iShTaa | rakShogaNaastaM vyathitaM samiikShya | plavamgamaastu vyathitaa bhayaartaaH | pradudruvuH samyati kumbhakarNaat || 6-67-21

Translation

That Hanuma, struck in his broad chest by the spike in that great combat, was highly perturbed and while vomiting blood from his mouth, awfully roared like the sound of thunderous clouds at the time of dissolution of the world.
