निरायुधो महा तेजाः केवलम् नख दम्ष्ट्रवान् | नर अन्तकम् अभिक्रम्य वालि पुत्रो अब्रवीद् वचः || ६-६९-८५
tam praasam aalokya tadaa vibhagnam | suparNa kR^itta uraga bhoga kalpam | talam samudyamya sa vaali putras | sturamgamasya abhijaghaana muurdhni || 6-69-89
Translation
Angada the son of Vali, bereft of arms but only nails and teeth besides having a great splendour, approached Narantaka and spoke the following words:
