निष्फलाह् खलु सम्वृत्ताह् शरा वासुकि तेजसः | आदत्तम् यैस् तु सम्ग्रामे रिपूणाम् मम जीवितम् || ६-५१-१७
abhiniShkramya tad dvaaram bala adhyakSham uvaaca ha | tvarayasva balam tuurNam kim cireNa yuyutsataH || 6-51-21
Translation
"Those very arrows, bright as fire, which in battle have taken the life of my enemies, have now been rendered void indeed!"
