तमापतन्तं निशितम् शरमाशीविषोपमम् || ६-७१-६७ अर्धचन्द्रेण चिच्छेद लक्ष्मणः परवीरहा |

tamaadaaya dhanuH shreShThe yojayaamaasa lakShmaNaH || 6-71-71 vichakarSha cha vegena visasarja cha saayakam |

Translation

Lakshmana, the annihilator of enemy-warriors, chopped off that serpent-like sharp arrow, which was falling down on him, with his crescent-pointed arrow.
