ततस्संधाय सौमित्रिः शरानाशीविषोपमान् | मुमोच निशितांस्तस्मिन् सर्पानिव विषोल्बणान् || ८८-६-४२

upalabhya muhuurtena saMjJNaam pratyaagatendriyaH | dadarshaavasthitaM viiramaajau dasharathaatmajam || 88-6-44

Translation

Thereupon, fitting to his bow sharp arrows, resembling poisonous snakes, Lakshmana discharged those arrows which looked like serpents full of venom to him.
